Successful teams are about focus, self-awareness and synergy
After years of working with teams in organisations of up to 20 people, I’ve found that a few key principles help them to perform better together. It won’t surprise you to know that it’s about having clear focus, heightened self awareness, and methods of increasing group synergy.
The challenge comes in the application. To embed this way of working the team have to find an approach that they all buy into, everybody has to be in it together.
